Dr. Rich holds a master’s degree in social work and has been a licensed independent clinical social worker since 1984. He holds his doctorate in applied behavioral and organizational studies, with a focus on organizational development, behavior. and psychology.
As well as being an experienced clinician, Phil has many years of experience as a clinical director, program director, program developer, speaker and trainer, and researcher and writer. He has been involved in many aspects of program development and administration, at virtually all levels, including developing the infrastructure upon which organizations operate, reviewing and developing organizational materials, organizational performance evaluation, organizational procedures and practices, department building, and staff development and team building.

Program/Organizational Consultation. At the level of organizational, program, or agency operations and infrastructure.
Program Evaluation. The focus is specifically on the operations of the program, at the level of practice and service delivery. Program Design and Development. May include evaluation of existing structures, as well as developing a best practices/evidence-informed approach to treatment. Clinical Case Consultation. Consultants are sometimes used to chair case reviews, case conferences, and multidisciplinary team meetings. Staff Development and Training. A wide range of training activities, from brief presentations to multi-day training. Clinical Supervision. Provision of clinical supervision to clinical and other advanced treatment staff. |
