Program Evaluation

Picture
The focus is specifically on the operations of the program, and the efficiency and effectiveness of programs at their operational level, or at the level of practice and service delivery.

Program evaluation can vary widely, from a narrow evaluation of a single or a small set of organizational practices to a comprehensive and more global evaluation of the organization as a whole, and may vary from one to five days in length.

Program evaluations are often used to ensure compliance with regulatory or industry standards, in preparation for accreditation, and/or to get a global view of the program at any given point.
