Staff Development and Training

Phil has been providing specialized training for those working with sexually abusive youth since 2000, both nationally and internationally, and to staff at all levels. Training audiences have included therapists, probation and parole officers, case managers, juvenile court judges and district attorneys, program administrators, direct care line staff, and foster parents. Training is always customized to meet the needs of the agency or organization sponsoring the training, and may range from 90 minutes to several days of intense training.
