Phil, along with Gerry Blasingame and Kevin Creeden, co-authored an ATSA resource packet, Assessment and treatment of adolescents with intellectual disabilities who exhibit sexual problems or offending behaviors, available through the ATSA website or click here to download a copy of the resource.

In June 2016, Phil will be running a five-day course in treatment for sexually abusive youth, sponsored by the NEARI Training Center and held in Albany, NY. For registration, click here.

In 2016... Phil will be publishing a second book addressing the application of attachment theory with sexually abusive youth, this time focusing on the development of an attached and engaged treatment environment. Probable publication late 2016.

In 2014... Phil contributed to the report published on-line by the National Criminal Justice Association. This is a free, excellent, and comprehensive state-of-the-art report: "Sex Offender Management Assessment and Planning Initiative."

Also in 2014... Phil guest edited a special double issue of the International Journal of Behavioral Consultation and Therapy, addressing current and changing perspectives in our work with adult and juvenile sexual offending, with articles by some of the most well-known and well-informed researchers and practitioners in the filed.
